At Brands Planets, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and exchange terms before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

An item is eligible for exchange only if:

  • It is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item has not been altered or damaged by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Items may be exchanged for another size, color, or product, subject to availability.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect product, size, or color

Please contact Brands Planets within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide clear pictures or videos of the product.

After verification, Brands Planets will arrange an exchange or replacement.

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

A refund may be considered if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified defective or incorrect item.
  • Brands Planets approves the refund after reviewing the case.

Approved refunds will be processed using the available payment method.

Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during:

  • Sales
  • Clearance offers
  • Promotional discounts
  • Special campaigns

are not refundable.

Exchange of sale items may be allowed only if the requested size or product is available.

Exchange Delivery Charges

For exchanges due to size, color, or customer preference, delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

If Brands Planets sent an incorrect or defective item, the applicable exchange delivery charges will be covered by Brands Planets.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags
  • Altered products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Personal-use or hygiene-sensitive items where applicable

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact Brands Planets Customer Support and provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Product pictures, if required

Please do not send products back without receiving exchange instructions from our team.

Brands Planets reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
