Delivery Across Pakistan

We deliver nationwide — Karachi to Gilgit, and everywhere in between.

• Delivery charges: Flat Rs. 300 on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
• Order processing: Orders are packed and handed to the courier within [CONFIRM: 1–2] working days.
• Estimated delivery: [CONFIRM: 3–5] working days for major cities, [CONFIRM: 5–7] working days for other areas.

Once your parcel is dispatched, we send you the tracking details on WhatsApp and email.

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected countries including the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Saudi-region markets and much of Europe.

• International shipping: Rs. 5,300 flat.
• Customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
• International delivery timelines depend on the courier and local customs clearance.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and tracking details once it ships. If you haven't received an update, message us and we'll check it for you.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, public holidays or courier backlogs. If your parcel is running late, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up directly with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address and phone number before placing your order. If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, the parcel is returned to us and re-delivery charges will apply.
